Nostradamus confirmed prophecy of the Prophet Muhammad regarding appearance of the Antichrist in Iran

The Prophet of Islam stated 1400 years ago that the Antichrist will appear in Isfahan, Iran with 70 000 Jews wearing Persian shawls. It's not clear whether he meant the actual Jews of Isfahan, or the Shiites, whose religion (Shiism) is tied to Judaism in its early historical development. If the latter is correct, it may most probably refer to Shiite mullahs, and if taken literally, it may include Jews from outside Iran too who will join the Antichrist in Isfahan.
Nevertheless, there are no more than around 30 000 Jews left in Isfahan, leading to 3 probable assumptions; first, it may take another generation to produce around 70 000 Isfahani Jews or second, there will be non-Iranian Jews joining the Antichrist in Isfahan especially from Israel or third, 'the Jews wearing Persian shawls' is an allegorical statement referring to the Shiites. Shiism is Judaism in essence but given Islamic outward form.

Take a look at what Nostradamus has to say about Iran and the Antichrist:
The Antichrist will take over Iran by using a human decoy to
trick the Ayatollah in power. This will involve the "yes men" and
sycophants of the Ayatollah's court. The Antichrist will first
drive away internal supporters of the Ayatollah by starting a civil
war. Then he will put forth a man as a leader, a man for Iranians
loyal to the Ayatollah to concentrate their hate on. The man will
be assassinated while Iran is being taken over, and his opponents
will think they have foiled the overthrow of power by
assassinating him. But they will find out later he was merely a
decoy and that they played into the plans of the Antichrist.
(Centurie II, Quatrain 81)
